BROOKE DEBETTIGNIES, Administrative Director
The improv bug bit Brooke DeBettignies at an early age. She spent her awkward middle school days saying “yes, and” in LA with performances at venues such as The LA Improv and The Pasadena Ice House. She has also trained in Chicago and NYC. While getting her BFA in Acting at Pace University where she met Holly Mandel and was then introduced to the Improvolution family.
Brooke has published award winning experimental research on improv and its effects on children’s self-concept. She’s presented her work at the American Psychology Association’s National Convention in Denver, and the Applied Improv Network Conference in Paris. When she’s not working for the improv people of NYC, you can find her drinking coffee and enjoying long one-sided conversations with her cat. BACK TO INSTRUCTORS
